Step 1:
Identification of the prospect
Through reference / personal contacts / marketing / advertising etc;

Step 2:
The first round of discussion
Provide basic information about our company to the applicant and discuss the terms & conditions;

Step 3:
Filling of the above application form by the applicant (Franchisee);

Step 4:
Inspection of the premises/office by the third party;

Step 5:
Scrutiny/verification of the documents;

Step 6:
Approval email from the Managing Director;

Step 7:
Collection Demand Draft or scan copy of Bank Deposit Slip for the security deposit & establishment fee as per the set guidelines;

Step 8:
Email communication from the accounting department for the activation of the account and agreement signing;

Step 9:
Online training by Operations, IT, Customer Service, Accounts, and the Sales department;

Step 10:
Certificate of training to the franchisee duly signed by the Managing Director;

Step 11:
Welcome, handing over the welcome kit with passwords;

Step 12:
Opening of the franchisee.
